Terms of Service

Effective date: to be set at launch

These terms are an agreement between you (the business using TrueReply) and Global Group One Inc., which operates TrueReply. By subscribing you agree to them.

The service

TrueReply fetches reviews from Google Business Profile listings you connect, writes replies using AI based on your settings, posts replies under the rules you choose and holds others for your approval.

Your account and listings

You must be an owner or authorized manager of every listing you connect, and you're responsible for keeping access to your email secure. Replies posted through TrueReply are posted on your behalf, as your business. You're responsible for your settings and for following Google's policies for your listings.

AI-written replies

Replies are generated automatically and can contain mistakes. You control which reviews are answered automatically, you can review replies before they post and you can edit or delete any reply on Google. We don't guarantee any particular result, such as ratings, rankings or customer behavior.

Plans, billing and cancellation

Subscriptions are billed in advance through PayPal, monthly or yearly, and renew automatically until cancelled. You can change or cancel your plan from your billing page. When you cancel, the service continues until the end of the period you've paid for. Payments aren't refundable for partial periods unless the law requires it. Plan limits (locations and replies per month) are listed on our pricing page. If a payment fails, automatic replies pause until it's resolved.

Acceptable use

Don't use TrueReply to post misleading, abusive or unlawful replies, to manage listings you aren't authorized to manage, to offer incentives for reviews, or to interfere with the service.

Google and other services

TrueReply depends on Google's APIs and policies, which Google can change. If Google limits access, parts of the service may stop working; we'll tell you if that happens. TrueReply isn't affiliated with or endorsed by Google.

Ending the service

You can stop at any time. We may suspend or end an account that breaks these terms or Google's policies, and we'll tell you why unless the law prevents it.

Liability

TrueReply is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Changes and governing law

We'll email you before material changes to these terms take effect. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.
