How does billing work?
It's a subscription through PayPal, which also takes cards. You're charged when you sign up and then on the same date each month or year.
What counts as a location?
Each Google listing you switch on. 3 shops with their own listings is 3 locations.
What if I go over my replies for the month?
New replies wait for you instead of posting, so nothing is lost. Approve them by hand or move up a plan. The limits sit well above what a typical location gets.
Can I change plans?
Yes, from your billing page. The new price starts on your next billing date.
How do I cancel?
From your billing page, any time. Replies keep going until the end of the period you paid for. Replies already posted stay on Google.
Is there a free trial?
