What do I need to get started?
A Google account that owns or manages your business listing, and PayPal or a card for billing. Nothing to install.
What happens to my older reviews?
Unanswered reviews from the last 2 weeks get picked up when you connect. Older ones are left alone, so nobody gets a reply out of the blue months later.
What if I reply to a review myself?
No problem. TrueReply spots your reply and cancels its own, so a customer never gets 2 answers.
Can I pause it?
Yes. Switch off automatic replies for any location and nothing more posts until you switch them back on.
