How to Use the Keyword List Cleaner
- Paste keywords from any tool or spreadsheet, 1 per line, with volume after a tab if you have it.

- Read the groups. Each one is a candidate page or section.

From List to Pages
Keyword tools return hundreds of near duplicates: "tree removal austin", "austin tree removal" and "tree removals austin" are 1 search intent. Merging them shows you how many distinct topics you actually have, which is the number of pages you need.
Groups are built from the most shared word that isn't your main topic. Words that appear in almost every keyword, like your service or city, are left out of group names so the groups split on what's different.
Check the Groups by Hand
Simple word grouping is fast but doesn't understand meaning, so "stump grinding" and "stump removal" may land together even if you'd write 2 pages. Use the groups as a first pass, then search the top keyword in each group and see whether Google shows the same pages. If it does, 1 page can cover both.

How does it merge plurals?
It trims simple English plural endings, so trimmer and trimmers or company and companies are treated as the same word. Untick the option if that merges things you want kept apart.
How many keywords can I paste?
Several thousand works fine on a normal laptop.
