Privacy Policy
Last updated October 15, 2026.
This policy explains what information Global Group One Inc. ("Global Group One", "we", "us") collects through globalgroupone.com, how we use it, who we share it with and the choices you have. It also covers data we receive from accounts our clients connect to us. Separate agreements govern the services we deliver to clients.
Information You Give Us
When you call us or fill in a form, such as a proposal or audit request, we collect what you provide. That can include your name, business name, email, phone number, website, the service you're interested in, your budget, your goals and your message, along with the page you sent it from. Sharing this is voluntary, but we can't reply without a way to reach you.
Information Collected Automatically
When you browse the site, we and our service providers use cookies, pixels and similar technologies to collect technical and usage information. This can include your IP address and approximate location, your device and browser, the pages you view and click, the site or ad that referred you and cookie identifiers.
Analytics and Advertising Tools
- Google Analytics and Google Ads measure visits and inquiries and may show our ads to people who visited this site. See how Google uses this information, manage ads at Google Ads Settings or use the Google Analytics opt-out add-on.
- Meta and TikTok measure the results of our ads on their platforms and may show our ads to people who visited this site, under Meta's privacy policy and TikTok's privacy policy.
- Microsoft Clarity shows us how visitors use our pages through anonymized heatmaps and session recordings, with form fields masked. See Microsoft's privacy statement.
- Our hosting provider serves and protects the site, including checking that form submissions come from a person.
Links to our social profiles and other platforms take you to those services, which apply their own policies.
Connected Google Accounts and Business Profile Data
When a client authorizes Global Group One to connect a Google account, including Google Business Profile, Search Console, Analytics or Google Ads, we access only the data needed to provide the services and reports the client requested. This can include business profile information, location details, reviews, review replies, posts and performance metrics such as searches, views, calls, direction requests and website clicks.
We use this data only to build reports, manage the client's profiles and deliver our services. We do not sell it, use it for advertising or share it with anyone other than the client and the service providers that host our reporting tools. Clients can revoke access at any time from their Google account connections page or by contacting us, and we delete stored data from disconnected accounts within 30 days unless the law requires us to keep it longer.
Global Group One's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not use the information collected on this website to send marketing email unless you ask us to.
How We Share Information
We share information with service providers that process it on our behalf, such as hosting, email, analytics and advertising tools. Advertising platforms such as Google, Meta and TikTok may also use the data their tags collect for their own purposes as described in their policies, which can be considered a sale or sharing of personal information under some state laws. We may disclose information when required by law, to protect our rights or in connection with a sale or reorganization of our business.
Cookies and Your Choices
Cookies and similar technologies are used for the tools listed above. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, use the opt-out links above and limit ad personalization in your Google, Meta and TikTok account settings. Blocking cookies does not affect your ability to read the site or contact us. Where the law requires it, we will ask for your consent before setting non-essential cookies. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as a request to opt out of the sharing of your information for targeted advertising where that right applies.
Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to know what personal information we hold about you, to receive a copy, to correct it, to delete it, to opt out of its sale or sharing for targeted advertising and to not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. Residents of California and other states with comprehensive privacy laws can make a request through our contact form or by phone. We will verify your identity before acting on a request and respond within the time the law allows.
Data Retention and Security
We keep inquiry records as long as we need them to respond and work with you, and analytics data for the period set in each tool. We use reasonable safeguards to protect information, though no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Children
This website is for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has provided information to us, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes
We may update this policy as our tools and practices change. The date at the top shows the latest revision.
