Terms of Service

These terms apply to your use of Readout, a service of Global Group One Inc. (“we”). By creating an account you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy.

Your Account

You must be at least 18 and able to agree to these terms for yourself or your business. Keep your sign-in secure. You’re responsible for activity under your account and for the people you invite.

Connected Accounts

Only connect accounts you own or are authorized to access. If you’re an agency, you confirm that each client has given you permission to report on their accounts. Readout uses read-only access and relies on each platform for its data. The terms and policies of Google, Meta, LinkedIn and TikTok continue to apply to your use of their services. Figures can differ slightly from a platform’s own numbers because of timing and attribution.

Report Summaries

Each report’s summary is written automatically from your numbers. Check the figures before you make important decisions on them. Reports support your decisions and aren’t financial, legal or professional advice.

Subscriptions and Billing

Plans renew monthly or yearly through PayPal until cancelled. New subscriptions include a 14 day free trial and you aren’t charged if you cancel before it ends. Plan changes take effect on your next billing date and cancellation at the end of the current billing period. Payments already made aren’t refunded except where the law requires. We’ll email you at least 30 days before changing the price of your plan.

Acceptable Use

Don’t use Readout to access accounts you aren’t authorized to use, to scrape or resell platform data, to interfere with the service or to break any law or platform policy. We may suspend accounts that do.

Your Data

You own your data and reports. You allow us to process them only to provide Readout, as described in the Privacy Policy, and you can export or delete them at any time.

Ending Your Account

You can close your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or go unpaid and will tell you by email when we do. Data Deletion explains what happens to your data.

Service and Liability

We work to keep Readout available and accurate but provide it as is, without warranties to the extent the law allows. A platform may change or withdraw its API, which can limit what Readout reports. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect or lost-profit damages, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes and Governing Law

We may update these terms and will post changes here with a new date, with email notice for significant changes. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.
