Data Deletion

You can delete the data Readout holds about you at any time. Pick the option that fits.

Delete Everything

1. Sign in at readout.globalgroupone.com
2. Open Settings > Account
3. Click Delete account and confirm

This cancels your subscription, deletes every access token immediately and deletes your reports and connected account data within 30 days. We keep only the billing records tax law requires.

Remove One Connected Account

1. Sign in and open Settings > Connections
2. Click Disconnect next to the account

The access token is deleted straight away and the stored data from that account within 30 days.

Remove Readout From Facebook or Instagram

1. On Facebook, open Settings & privacy > Settings
2. Open Business integrations (in some versions Apps and websites)
3. Find Readout, click Remove and confirm

When you remove Readout this way, Facebook tells us and we delete the data we received from your Facebook and Instagram accounts within 30 days.

Remove Readout From Google, LinkedIn or TikTok

• Google: myaccount.google.com/permissions, choose Readout, then Delete all connections
• Facebook and Instagram: Facebook Settings & privacy > Settings > Business integrations, choose Readout, then Remove
• LinkedIn: linkedin.com/psettings/permitted-services, then remove Readout Ads and Readout Pages
• TikTok: in TikTok Business Center open Business settings > Authorizations, or Manage apps in the TikTok app for a business account, and remove Readout

Removing access from the platform stops all further collection. To delete what was already collected, disconnect the account in Readout or delete your account as above.
